2017 Chablis, Vosgros, 1er Cru, Didier & Pascal Picq, Burgundy australia finishing long with a wholeThe Picq family is based in Chiche, 3km south of Chablis; Pascal looks after the vineyards while Didier is winemaker. This is sourced from two plots of Chardonnay aged 35 40 years the family's oldest premier cru vines. Elegance personified, with fresh, clean, creamy, nutty, lemony aromas.
