這款2017年的Château Paradis Casseuil混合了70% Merlot和30% Cabernet Sauvignon，初時聞落有皮革、黑莓和成熟車厘子的鮮果香，其後展現出濃郁的黑梅、熟布冧、煙草、黑朱古力、咖啡這幾種層次分明的香氣

為求精進，酒莊請來法國飛行釀酒師Michel Rolland做為顧問釀酒師。每一年都看得到Rolland都會在葡萄園裡走動，與在酒莊中釀酒的身影。他熟悉Camensac的每一寸土地，因此能夠提供酒莊最適切的建議。
