Grass fed and grain finished. The Tenderized Round Steaks are the larger version of "minute steaks." They're tenderized and great for chicken fried steak. Each package contains two steaks, approximately a 2# pkg. Due to the nature of butchering (and farming), no two cuts are exactly the same size. Please be aware exact weight varies.
