Some farms will ship plants a little on the dry side to prevent rot, it's actually a quality practice, but it makes for less than perfect succulents at the doorstep. She will reestablish pretty quickly, but we have reduced this one slightly to compensate for her wrinkles. She's measuring in at about 2. 5" across and has about six heads of varying sizes in that little ball.
