Holden Manz Rothko Rose 2024 Consignment Palate: Rich palate with notesDESCRIPTION Made from a Provenal style blend of 53% Grenache, 24% Syrah and 23% Cinsault, harvested in February 2024 under warm, dry conditions following a cool, wet winter that ensured healthy dormancy and even ripening. Fruit was picked in the early mornings to preserve freshness. Whole bunch pressed under dry ice using a Champagne press cycle, with average skin contact of less than 3 hours, maximising flavour extraction while limiting colour
