September 23 | Pizza Bread water kefirFrom dough to sauce to toppings and everything in between come and enjoy an evening full of pizza and learning! In this class we will talk through working with yeast doughs, how to mix, knead, rest, longer fermentation vs. quick fermentation. We'll make two sauces and three different seasonal pizzas. Included in this class is dinner with a glass of wine, a hands on class and a recipe pack with bonus recipes.
