Vineyard "Le Petit Vougeot" is located on rocky limestone soil and has a southeastern exposure. The hand picked bunches are carefully sorted in the vineyard. Full malolactic fermentation on fine lees, the wort takes place in French oak barrels for 2 6 months, depending on the quality of the crop. The aging is carried out for 15 18 months also in French oak barrels.
