This is the 2025 release of the single malt Scotch, a 50% peated, 50% unpeated expression. Its been aged in ex bourbon casks, with a small portion in ex sherry oak for good measure. We really rate the complex orchard fruit notes, along with the citrus peel and seaside air zip that freshens up the smoke. A brilliant expression
