MERIT is known for making exceptional wine/beer hybrids so we wanted to use the opportunity to make our first beer with wine

Material is UV Lite which is super lightweight

5% IPA brewed with wheat and oats and hopped exclusively with one of our favourite hops

Both beers have the same hops which is an homage to a beer Bebo brewed at GLB in 2017 when he was still homebrewing

We started with an IPA brewed with a large portion of oats and co fermented it with honey harvested from the hives at the Milton Public Library's Beaty Branch. We then dry hopped it with Eclipse, Lotus and HBC586.
