This ros champagne has a pink copper color that evolves to salmon with age. The fine bubbles are a result of strict grape selection and long aging. The nose starts with redcurrant and red fruits, later evolving into wild strawberry and violet. The palate captures the full freshness of red fruit, and the finish is bright
