La Santa Anejo Cristal Gold 24K Tequila (750ml) Anejo approachable and lingers long onThe growth of our selected blue agave takes 6 years or more, once the moment arrives, our artisanal process begins when we juice the pineapple and use only the center of the agave heart which is cooked manually in masonry ovens. Afterwards, we squeeze the juice, ferment it and finally distill it. In this process the tequila is accompanied, harmonized and relaxed by classical music (researched by the japanese scientist Masaru Emoto in his book The
