Conj 11 features a new thiol-enhanced yeast from @escarpmentlabs which was bred to release more tropical flavour compounds from hops and malt

whirlpool temperature and an increased hop charge when compared to our normal process

Hazy IPA - 4-pk of "Den Of Thieves" 473mL cans Beer Mosaic and Simcoe"Den Of Thieves" is an IPA brewed with oats and hopped with Simcoe and Citra. It's one of the first beers we made when we started and one of only 6 IPAs we ever put in a bottle! We've opted for cans this time again. Enjoy!
