Ceritas, Cabernet Sauvignon "Colima" California 2022 shrinkflation uses the finest distillates aged100% practicing organic Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Peter Martin Ray Vineyard (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA), Paratus Vineyard (Mt. Veeder AVA), and Black Ridge Vineyard (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA). The vineyards are planted on shale and volcanic soils, at over 1,200 ft. elevation.
