The original painting, a majestic 5 feet tall and 8 feet wide, was unveiled at the Governors House in Victoria, B. C. in 1994. However, Friberg, ever the perfectionist, continued to put the finishing touches on the painting for several years. The Royal Equestrian Portrait is the perfect tribute to the well loved Queen Elizabeth II.
