Weve paired fermented ghost peppers with the lemon flavors of Maqaw peppercorns, an indigenous mountain berry thats wild harvested in Taitung County, Taiwan. Weve also added locally grown grapefruit to dial up the citrus punch, and then balanced it with the sweetness of caramelized sweet potatoes.
