soothing colors of the sea and surrounding coastline

It made me focus on a tiny aspect of the greater jungle around us

It is a soothing abstract nature collage painting depicting the serene tones of wood, wool, and leaves. Patterns and textures are all around us. The nubby surface of a knitted sweater and the smooth feel of granite tile are but two examples. I have blended together my favorites in striped vignettes
