Mezcalero Fernando Santibanez uses traditional methods to produce this mezcal, which is aged for 2 4 months in American Oak barrels before being bottled. Xicaru Reposado is made with 100% agave espadin cooked in a stove oven with mesquite and ocote woods. For two to four months, Xicaru Reposado rests in medium toasted American oak barrels.
