Most of the Pinot Grigio comes from a two hectare single vineyard named "Jesera" but is also sourced from four other neighboring vineyards

Cornelissen's rosé is produced with the same philosophy and vinification techniques as all their other wines: skin contact for texture and territorial identity

The 3rd harvest (10% of the total wine) is macerated on the skins  for 3 weeks during fermentation and then aged for 4 months in a 500 liter oak barrel

Ghiomo aims to guarantee that the grapes and the wines themselves are as natural and expressive of the terroir as possible

Castelnau de Suduiraut Sauternes 2022 375ml shrinkflation Under Stefano93% Smillon, 7% Sauvignon Blanc Castelnau de Suduiraut is the second wine of Chteau Suduiraut (First Growth of Sauternes). Castelnau de Suduiraut is made from portions of the harvest that are expressive earlier than those used for Chteau Suduiraut, the Sauternes features candied yellow fruit, quince, frangipani, mild spices and a hint of minerality. Ages for 15 months: 20% in new barrels, 80% in old barrels.
