This Highland single malt was left to mature in a 1st fill sherry hogshead before being turned into a limited line of 283 bottles. Nose: stewed summer fruits with hints of dark chocolate and tobacco leaf. Palate: Ripe, dark plums, dried fruits and lots of leather. Finish: long and sweet with more dried fruits and a smattering of vanilla.
