Ruby Red Maple Tree Size:2 gallon 36-46” and vigorousRuby Red is a very nice cultivar that holds its red very well. The leaf shape is similar to Aka Omote, but Ruby Red tends to have more pubescence on the tems and leaves. Stems tend to have a shiny sheen to them like Aka omote. For the time being I am placing it with shirasawanums until more evidence suggests otherwise. Growth to about 12.
