The exquisite rum was filled into white oak casks in 2009, originally used to age Bourbon. It was then left to mature for a total of 12 years, tropically aged on St Lucia. It was finished for 9 months of this period in Irish Whiskey Casks made from European oak. Tasting Notes: The rum is resolute with a soft balance of
