Its made using clear wines no lees have been included in the distillation process at all. The result? A silky smooth, fruit forward expression thats as delicious neat, over ice, or in a cocktail! We think it works particularly well in a Sidecar. Nose: Loads of plums and apricots, with fresh orange peel, subtle florals and candied lemon peels. Theres a touch of cinnamon, too.
