They saw the sun make three circles and move around the sky in an incredible zigzag movement in a manner which left no doubt in their minds

along with a beautiful mantle and gown

This image was  painted with acrylics and colored pencils

Juan Diego was born in 1474 in Cuautitln, Mexico, and was one of the first people to convert to Christianity in the area. He was baptized at age 50 by Franciscan missionary Friar Peter da Gand.
