Nose: Rather fruity with a nice mix of smoked meats, sweet aromas of Maple Syrup, almonds and a hint of toasted oak, some soft embers smoke, star anise, hints of soft pepper and ginger. Palate: Some classic Caol Ila notes start this dram off, salted caramel, with tastes that are opposite of one another working
