The robust Montepulciano grape receives a lighter pressing, resulting in a wine that, while 14% alcohol, exhibits a lighter color, a more delicate red fruit and dried herb aroma, a softer texture and more subtle flavors than a full on Montepulciano. This makes the wine an ideal
