Ethiopian Lentil Stew Fly Bundles These little oatmeal cups areThis stew take its inspiration from all the wonderful Ethiopian restaurants that we are lucky to have here in Oakland. The key ingredient is berbere, a blend of spices and herbs (including fenugreek, which is great for nursing mamas!) that we get from another local favorite: Oaktown Spice Shop! We use the berbere to season our red lentil stew and then add cauliflower roasted with turmeric and sauted collard greens. We recommend adding a dollop of
