These units are rebuilt from older Mark III Tampers by Quality Track Equipment in Austinburg, OH. Earliest known units date to around 2011. Kit includes main frame, cab, engine housing cover, step assembly, air conditioner, and laser buggy and carts. Builds one tamper. 3D printed 28" wheels included, or use standard 33"
