Potazzine is local dialect for the little birds which adorn the label, as well as a term for children. The estate has just five hectares of vines, among the highest plots in Montalcino at 570 metres. The cool sites produce remarkably elegant Sangiovese, and Gigliolas Brunellos retain freshness in even the hottest
