L'Estornell Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750ml Christmas Cut from the Shin ofLEstornell is pressed from Arbequina olives grown in the farms organically certified groves. An aroma of ripe tomato and drying meadow hay transports one to a warm Catalan hill side. On the palate more ripe tomato is detectable, with a touch of raw cucumber skin bringing a freshness to the oil. Very little pepper or bitterness make this an extremely versatile oil, which works excellently on delicate white fish or salad leaves such as lamb's lettuce.
