2023 Chardonnay 'Reserve' Adelaide Hills Trophy 🏆 Winner best sparkling of the 2021 Adelaide Hills Wine Show with aromas of violetsA sluice of red and green apple, soft marshmallow and plush creamy cashew nuttiness, dried pear, some light cinnamon and clove spice notes, a bit of twiggy, woody grip and chew. There's a relaxed feel to the wine, it spreads gently and broadly in the palate, a coolness underlying but the plumpness is a feature here. Easy going Chardonnay with a little x factor.
