Distilleria dell'Alpe Kapriol Liqueur - 750ml templeton This particular whisky is agedKapriol comes from the Italian Alps and is known locally as a "Distillato del Bosco" or distillate of the forest. It is made with local juniper berries and aromatic mountain herbs. It smells intensely of fresh juniper which of course brings to mind London Dry Gin. On the palate it is lightly sweet and bright with botanical complexity. It can be enjoyed neat or over ice as an after dinner sipper or mixed into cocktails.
