Excellent condition with no problems I can spot

covered in gesso (the white you see peeking out from the design)

the top of the holder features a cream colored lace overlay and a petit point embroidery of a single pink rose with blue forget-me-nots and 2 pink buds

The clothing of the pair appears to be English Puritan - maybe American Pilgrim

Antique French Ribbonwork - Ombre Ribbon Rose with Leaves laurel leaves What you see is whatFrom an old Art Deco era French coverlet, here's a single Mustard Yellow ombre ribbon floral set with a single yellow glass seed bead at the center. With ochre ombre loopy leaves, the ribbon piece measures 1" wide (loopy end to end) x 9 16" high. The floral alone measures 1 2" x 1 2". Entirely hand sewn on crinoline. Just a small piece that I am sure can be used on a piece of dolls clothing.
