This piece was produced by Stow Davis in the USA circa the 1970s. The chair is comprised of a steel frame on castors, with a seat upholstered in a multi color pattern. The chair measures 23 inches deep, 22 inches wide, and 33 inches high with a seat height of 17 inches. While the chair does show some minor wear from previous use, overall it is in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
