Generous and plush, it conceals oak behind layers of ripe fruit and fine, structured tannins. Harvested by hand in multiple passes for optimal ripeness, vinification occurs in open top fermenters. Regular rack and return and pump overs enhance color and flavor extraction. After fermentation, the wine matures for 13 to 19
