Exposure to effective anti-tobacco mass media campaigns has similar effects on adults and youth, with adult smokers more likely to quit and youth less likely to become established smokers

Consult healthcare professionals before using nicotine products, especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing health conditions

Quitting can be challenging but keeping busy and using stop smoking products was the best way for me to get through it
