2006 vw jetta cigarette lighter fuse 12V Socket Not Working Pt 2 Guidance needed regarding the interior

Guidance needed regarding the interior fuse box on my 2010 Jetta. Trying to fix the fuse to get my phone charger plug working again. I haven't been able to find a reliable Both 12 volt Cigarette Lighters have stopped working in dash assume the fuse has blown. Nothing in VW manual as to the location. Can anyone help please?
