2013 passat cigarette lighter fuse why isn't my phone charging? How to change VW Both 12 volt Cigarette Lighters

Both 12 volt Cigarette Lighters have stopped working in dash assume the fuse has blown. Nothing in VW manual as to the location. Can anyone help please?
