Abracadabra, dEAd cAt sTRat(egy) 2022 Pinot Noir drink and party down withPlace: Auvergne, France Grape: Xarel lo + Macabeu (From Penedes) Vibe: Refreshing A 50 50 blend where the Xarel lo was destemmed whilst the Macabeu was left as whole bunches, they macerated together for a week. Full of citrus, gently honeyed and with a little herbal edge. Light on its feet but with energy in spades this hydrates better than water. Very limited.
