Barn Owl No.39 vines and then fermented and agedBarn Owl is a series of one off creations released sporadically throughout the year, only when we deem them ripe for pickin. No. 39 is an ode to the classic Belgian Framboise, reimagined in our own way: a lightly dry hopped blend of barrel aged pale ales, conditioned on raspberries (which, in our humble opinion, are the finest fruit a beer could ask for).
