Antique French Silk on Silk Embroidery Packing Pouch for Lingerie, c. 1900-1920, VGC French compact Typically we find these aroundDelicate colors and fine quality silk on silk French lingerie pouch, or to use for your jewelry. The silk satin is beautifully preserved, dates late vintage to antique, probably c. 1920 or so. Very good to excellent for age and type. Padded silk, hand made and trimmed with cording sewing also by hand. The 2 silk ties show a little age, but the rest it really so soft and beautiful no damage and no stain or scent I don't think it's ever been put to use.
