There are only 2 parcels of this rare grape in the region, including this plot located in Le Vernois with calcareous and marn soils. Here we see some of Pinot's sous bois flavors red fruit, black tea and cocoa alongside delicate minerality. 100% whole bunch fermentation resulting in a dense but high toned Pinot.
