Peru Amaz JBC Coffee Roasters Olympia Coffee's first blend backA washed coffee from 763 smallholder families across the Northern Peruvian highlands, this coffee is meticulously processed at the individual farm level using traditional pulpers and fermented for 38 hours. This thoughtfully farmed single origin coffee comes from Elevacin AMAZ, an association that also supports education for children in the region through its NUAM program.
