Gentle Folk, Vin de Sofa 2023 Textural and I’ll curate a specialPlace: Adelaide Hills, South Australia Grape: Pinot Noir + Pinot Gris + Merlot Vibe: Natural, lighter Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Merlot (yes, Merlot) from a variety of Adelaide Hills sites come together nicely here in a wine made for consumption whilst lounging somewhere close to the horizontal. The experimental nature of Hills production at the moment is really something to love, and this is positively pulsing, thirst quenching liquid. Drink chilled.
