You can really feel the proximity to the sea in the wine, but it goes through malo, so it's a combination of spritzy and full in texture. The things some producers can accomplish. The mind boggles. This is full of minerality but also has notes of ripe pear and stone fruit, plus a good lick of salinity. Sheesh. ABV: 13%
