"La Rocca" PIEROPAN, Soave Classico DOC 2019 Red Wine depending on the year Soil:From a single vineyard in a privileged position, this quintessential Soave Classico has made its mark since its first release in 1978. Hand picked at the end of October, often in two times to select the ripest grapes, which have developed a little bit of botrytis. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and the wine is fermented in french oak tonneaux and big oak barrels. At the end of fermentation, the wine ages for around 15 months in French oak tonneaux
