With the exception of essential yeast nutrients for fermentation, no chemical additions throughout the whole process. All their products are free of sulphites, gluten, wheat, fish and dairy. Freya's is an English Melomel (fruited honey mead), the most traditional mead recipe. Wild fermented with wildflower honey and no added yeast, with pure orange
