The inside says "good vibes" The opening on the cuff shouldn't be greater than 1", you will risk it falling off. But you also do not want to have to adjust it much when you put it on. The cuff size measures 5 1 2" with a 1" gap, for a total width of 6 1 2". Will fit wrists 6 to 6 1 2" The gap allows cuff to easily be put on and taken off the wrist with minimal
