The brass cut beads are from my great grandmothers notions

The band and lower rim is made from a cherry red and wine color linen and the top and upper rim from a heavier natural linen

Blue Hand Felted Floral Brooch edition #4 dark green there is a side gussetThis blue multi coloured floral felted pin is the forth brooch I created, edition #4. This button is from the late 20th century when women's fashion included buttons on their garments. The center of this button has a steel cut cluster facet placed on top of a purple carved shell. Circa 1890s. To create this brooch I work with coloured carded wool fleece, needle felting the wool into a unique design. It is then hand sewed and beaded with a lock brooch
