Chardonnay and its inherently racy acid lines, when picked with care, make for invigorating bubbles that I just don't want to put down. Especially when the sun is shining. Calsac is causing a bit of a stir, and I'd heard plenty of good things before tasting. After tasting, I knew I needed this on the shelves.
