All pieces are cut and assembled by me and my sewing machine

then a layer of 100% cotton batting and the 100% cotton of the exterior fabric

The bottom is secured with an elastic and the top has a ribbon to allow for ease of use and variation in size

I grew up with my Mum using the very traditional Brown Betty, and Betty always had a lovely wardrobe. When ever that tea pot came out so did one of the many cosies that my Mum had. So dress up your teapot in style with a new cosy. This design will accommodate a 6 cup tea pot (pictured) and go up to a 10 cup. This style allows for the tea to be poured without having to remove the cosy. The handle stays cool
